This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for purchases made through the Alti Pace website and application. By purchasing from Alti Pace, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
- Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Any product damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
3. Refund Process
- Initiating a Refund: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@altipace.com with your order details.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to verify eligibility.
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after receiving and approving the return.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or model, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are subject to availability and product condition.
5. Warranty Policy
Alti Pace provides a limited warranty on its Smart Ring products. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for further details on coverage and eligibility.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet shipped. If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return, subject to the conditions above.
